HRX Advisory Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a UK-registered company providing interim leadership and strategic advisory services.

We collect personal data when you interact with this site in the following ways:
- Enquiry forms (mandate, advisory, case study requests): name, job title, organisation, email address and any information you choose to provide about your situation or requirements.
- Autaris enquiry form: name, job title, organisation, email address, information about your document or data systems, and your stated challenge.
- Analytics: if you accept cookies, we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site and broad geographic location. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: if you accept cookies, LinkedIn may record that a visit occurred from a LinkedIn-connected device or company. This is used to understand the professional profile of our site visitors. No individual is personally identified.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry or request
- To send you materials you have specifically requested (such as case studies)
- To understand how the site is being used and improve its content (analytics only, with consent)
- To understand the professional profile of visitors to this site (LinkedIn Insight Tag only, with consent)
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Enquiries and form submissions: legitimate interests (responding to a direct request you have made) and, where you have ticked the consent checkbox, explicit consent.
- Analytics and LinkedIn tracking: consent, obtained via our cookie banner before any tracking is activated.

We use cookies only with your consent, obtained via the banner shown on your first visit. The categories are:
- Essential cookies: used to remember your cookie preference. Always active.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): activated only if you click Accept. Used to understand how visitors use the site. Data is anonymised and no personal data is shared with Google.
- Marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag): activated only if you click Accept. Used to understand the professional profile of site visitors at an aggregate level.

6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Google: anonymised analytics data, if you have consented to analytics cookies. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- LinkedIn: aggregate visitor data, if you have consented to marketing cookies. LinkedIn's privacy policy is available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Our email provider: enquiry data is transmitted via email. We use Google Workspace for email.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiry and form data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and no longer than 3 years from last contact.
- Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings (26 months by default).
- Cookie consent records are stored for 12 months.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Enquiry data is transmitted by encrypted email and is not stored in any third-party database or CRM without your knowledge.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
